In the 2000s, it was a total closet staple: the tank top. Girls had them in just about every color. You could pair them with anything, jeans, skirts, you name it. And better yet? You could feasibly wear them anywhere.
Dressed down or dressed up, a tank top would cut it. Even Jessica Alba thinks so.
