Your Blood Sugar Is Low
If you have low blood sugar, this could indicate that your liver is not functioning well. One of the liver's jobs is to maintain your blood sugar, so, if the liver is compromised, blood sugar will begin to drop.
Low blood sugar can actually cause chronic fatigue, most especially after a meal, when your glucose levels tend to drop.
