The things we see on Instagram and other social media sites aren't always as they appear to be, which includes the perfect bodies we often come across. That's why this new trend is taking the world by storm.

A lot of the photos we see online are staged and are far from natural. Megan Jayne Crabbe, also known as @bodyposipanda, created an Instagram account that focuses heavily on making women feel comfortable about their curves and cellulite.
In this photo, Megan reminded people that such snapshots are incredibly staged as she's being told where to put her arms, legs and even how to tilt her hips.
