New research from the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine at the University of Loughborough in the UK have made an interesting discovery.
This new research suggests that men who take a one hour bath in 40-degree Celsius water can burn as many as 130 calories - which is nearly the same amount of calories burned as those who take a 30-minute walk.
Burning the same amount of calories lying in a tub as you would exercising? Sounds too good to be true.
