'He said, "I can’t take you no more." He was like, "I’m going to have to drop you guys off," and we said, "That’s fine,"' Chavez told KPRC. 'I was upset. I’ve never been told not to kiss or anything.'

The couple said they were outraged because they had not been acting inappropriately. They said it was just a 'peck on the lips' and that they were each sitting in their own seat, separated by the center aisle of the minivan.

'I wasn't doing anything that I wouldn't have done in public. I’m not going to embarrass myself or my fiancé by any means,' Magill said.

Magill says that the driver told them that he told a straight couple he gave a ride to before them to stop kissing as well, but they say they don't believe him.

Magill, left, says he and his fiancé will probably never use Uber again.
