22. Woodstock is considered to be one of the most important and profound musical events in all of history. Even the owner of the dairy farm, Max Yasgur, spoke of how these many people could have been an absolute disaster, but it ended up being three days filled with music and peace.

23. Many people wanted the event to take place again in 1970, but Max Yasgur turned down the opportunity. Despite the ultimate success of Woodstock, Yasgur chose not to rent out his property out to the festival again. There are some events like Woodstock that can just never be recreated.
